What employee leasing offers

Under a leasing arrangement, all or most of the staff a business relies on are formally employed by the leasing company and made available to the client under contract. The leasing company manages the employment relationship and its administration, while the client supervises the work and performance of the staff on a daily basis.

The model is particularly well suited to seasonal businesses and project-based work, where staffing needs fluctuate and the overheads of permanent recruitment are difficult to justify.

How the arrangement works

The client identifies its staffing needs and we recruit and hire suitable, experienced employees. Those employees are then leased to the client under a contract, with FM Consulting International managing payroll and benefits throughout. The client directs the employees' work while we carry the administrative responsibility, freeing your management to concentrate on marketing, production, sales and wider business development.
